The Wild Den

I look at a wolf come to the front of the den with a big furry thing. I make a squeaking noise again, hoping I'll get his attention. I put my head on the ground and smile, looking up at the wolf.

I flatten my ears and jump back as the big wolf is suddenly face to face with me. As I hear the yell, I squeak again, feeling scared. After a few moments, I come forward again and put up my paw. I scratch his nose as I smile sweetly.

I crawl past the wolf towards the furry lump. I squeeze under it's arm and look around.

I try to howl as I get picked up and places on top of the furry lump. I lay down and put my head in the fur, trying to pull some of it out.

I let out a soft yawn as I sit up. I look at the den then back at the wolf.

I look at the wolf as I get on his back. I perk my ears up high as I see his mouth moving and sounds coming out. I copy his mouth movements, but forget to make sound. I yawn again halfway through my speech practice, and slowly fall asleep on the wolf's back.

I wake up with a furry lump squishing me. I srick my head out to try and breathe. I look to my other side and see mummy. I wriggle out from the furry lump and mummy, and try to find where the milk was yesterday.

My auds perked hearing the dominant fae and I snapped out of the drowsy feeling that was overpowering me. I nodded then saw her walk off towards the den. Soft barks and howls caught my attention, a confused expression came across my features as I spoke to myself, "Pups?". Song lets out a playful growl and nips Curse's ear before licking his cheek. She turns noticing Femi was awake and pulls her closer to her stomach so she can nurse.

Sighs and lays beside the edge of the den and lays head on paws and closes eyes slowly-

Nudges the carcass with her nose before happily digging in and eating up her fill. She lowers her muzzle as she uses her paws to try and wipe some of the blood that stained her muzzle. After a short moment she licked her muzzle clean and rested her head on Curse's neck.

I rolled boredly onto my back and wiggled around, creating a wolf angel, sitting up I stepped away from it and tilted my head, seeing but a dent in the snow. I sighed pawing the snow at my failed wolf angel, then smiling while I sat down as if I did nothing for the past few minutes.

I growled wehn she pulled the bullet out, i looked to her "No. Im Fine.." i said laying down

I twitched an ear and noticed Curse had been watching, with shifty eyes I let out a small chuckle, "Yeah... No luck." I said giving a last glance to the snowy floors and back to Curse.
