The Wild Den

he woke up but decided to keep his eyes shut and sleep in today

I moved and Yawned..

finnaly moves and jumps off the den, landing and making the dust rise up and he walks through it, gets to the river before someone notices him lowering his maw into the surface he laps up the cooling water

wakes up feeling light headed, comes back to focus when catches the faint scent of fresh blood. sits up looking around catching it come from two direction,one by the river and one by the den. tilts head confused wondering what happened and follows the one towards the river and sees silver, nudges his shoulder 'what happened?''

"about what?" he looks down at the water, and away from song,

ears tilt back catching the faint scent of blood coming from him "why do you smell like blood?"

"i was attacking rabbits" laps up the water then raises head back up, licking the droplets off his chops

Tilts head then looks over in the direction towards the den "It smells like one of them got away." looks back at him then gets up heading over.

tackles her making sure it didnt hurt "no it hasnt" you must be smelling things, he lays on top, pinning her down to the ground, you need rest or a drink

Blinks finding out she was on the ground. Tilts head confused, looks at him then back over at the den. Isnt able to see clearly with the shadows of the night. Wiggles free and turns looking at him "But the scent of fresh blood is so clear, cant you smell it?" Looks at him confused gazing back over at the den.

trys to rub the blood of his face on the ground "no of course not, i think your smelling things"

Looks down at the ground confused thinking 'Maybe that crash into den got me shook up'. rubs head with paw then smiles looking back at him "Have you seen Curse around?" wags tail slowly.

remembers the fight we had "he is in the forest, follow me" i walked a littles then stopped and waited, then carried on walking

Smiles slightly and follows him, glances over at the den as it fades out in the distance as walks into the forest. Tilts head wondering what would Curse be doing way out here.

looks around, now becoming lost in the middle of the den "he is around here somewhere" sees the scene where the wolf came a few days ago and turns around from the blood scene "this way"

Looks around wondering if we were going in circles and if he knew where Curse acually is, nips Silver's tail and softly tugs. Are you sure you know where your going?"

"of course" he turns away and pulls a confused face "we are near to him" looks around and heads deeper into the forest

Wags tail and says in a low cheerful whisper "Okay." following him and smiles thinking it will be fun to play with Curse again.

starts to look lost "we are in the middle of the forest, he was meant to be here" turns around and tries to hide his look, and smiles like nothing is wrong

Looks around raising muzzle to see if she could catch him scent near by. Hears the sudden rustling of a bush and perks "Maybe thats him." says cheerfully going over to check. A black crow suddenly bursts out making me jump up scared. Runs back to Silver and says "I'll let you lead the way, I'll probably lead us to our deaths." says weakly laughing.

raises his dail and sniffs "maybe he was at the den" he casually shrugs "but he could be anywhere and going to the den might not be the best idea" he smiles normaly but instead he was scared of getting caught

Ears fall back, sighs softly saying to self "Oh maybe he doesnt want to play anymore.." Glances up at Silver "Well thanks for help in trying to find him, I'll just go back to the den" blinks spoting a small drip of blood dripping from his forehead. Tilts head " Rabbits did this to you?" Paws his forehead getting some blood and looks at him.

he freezes not able to think of a way out of it, so decides to try another way "no" he sits down now feeling the blood dribble down my face

Ears fall back seeing the wound starting to bleed slowly, glances at him "Silver, you can tell me." Nudges his shoudler "Please?"

he looks down and mumbles hoping she wouldnt hear "me and errr curse had a ummmm well you know a fight fight" doesnt look up and watches a small puddle of blood form
