The Wild Den

I turn around as I catch the scents of new wolves and see a female and further away a male. I wag my tail happily and want to meet them but then I see sk8ter talking to the new female so I trot over to the new male "Hii and welcome to the pack ! I'm Thalia, a hunter of this pack. " I introduce myself smiling " and who are you?" I ask kindly.

I turned my attention to a light grey female who made her way towards me to introduce herself "Nice to meet you Thalia, I'm Blake, a new guard of the pack." I answered with a small dip of my head respectfully and noticed she was alot smaller than myself.

She looks down on me as I greet her. I bow in submission. She speaks. She looked thoughtful before she next talk, I fear I will be rejected from the group and have to move to another, when she spoke what was on her mind. She accepted me and I answered her questions. As I do not answer immediately, she looks at me more closely. "I am one year and seven months old. I would like to join your pack, thank you."

I nod slowly, as I see the fear behind her eyes. " A yearling.. Ok, welcome to the pack " I smile again.

I perk my ears and look around as I see another wolf, black and partially white (Satinka). I jump off the WD, avoioding the new Yearling. I trot over to the wolf, expecting it to be wanting to join a pack aswell. I smile, and nod my head as I greet the wolf.

I look around, and I finally spot Halo after hearing his growl. I narrow my eyes as I look directly at him, and growl. ' I can just tell he will bring trouble to the pack '. I look back at the wolf, and see it is doing nothing. I turn around and walk back to the WD, and jump on top of it.

I turned round hearing a desperate howl i ignored my paw and ran along the ground straight towards the den!

I fell in front of Halo panting and whining in pain "Hey look your not the only one now" i giggled hanging out my sprained leg. I saw Sk8ter and spoke "Hello Sk8 long time no see!"

I smile" Nice to meet you too blake" Then I turn around as I hear halo's growl. I walk over to him "You shouldn't move around too much with your broken paw" I say calmly and take a closer look at it "It looks a bit better now, but it'll take some time until it's completely healed" I say then I look around "Where's fire?" I ask.

I punched him reassuringly on the shoulder "it's ok we all start out like that you just have to earn there trust, and besides your cool with me!" I smiled wainking at him. I leant down licking at my sprained paw and licking the blood of my paw

I wandered towards the den getting a good view of it as I glanced around at the others for a moment, then silently padded off into the woods to explore getting a good visual on the surroundings and what else was in the territory for me to see.

Ears fall back as goes over to Curse and Halo, "How you guys doing, feeling any better?" Lays beside Curse softly licking his hurt paw. Perks ears hearing Halo speak earlier "Dont worry Halo, they just need to..." rubs head looking for the right word "they just need to learn to ajust and accept the love between you and fire." Smiles waging tail a little before licking Curse's paw again.

"Feeling a lot better now you are here" i said smiling sweetly. It kind of stung as she licked the blood but i tried to ignore it trying not to worry her about it "Satinka said i will be better in three days or so, the healer is very good"

I pointed out towards the alpha and whispered to halo and Song "Heyy look i think Kodi has his eye on the alpha, I wander how fang feels about that!" I tease at the others gossipping away with my pals.

I huff a sigh as I finished wandering and getting familiar with the place, I sat down beside an old stump and yawn tiredly. My orbs shifted toward the pack seeing them carry some conversations out, I remained by myself and began to lay down getting comfortable.

"Who's satinka?" I ask curse as he talks about a wolf I don't know. I look at each wolf of the territory trying to find out which one could be satinka, then I remember that I haven't greeted the new female wolf (Icer) yet because sk8ter was talking to her. ' Is she the wolf curse was talking about? ' I wonder. I walk over to her (Icer) and greet her happily " Welcome to the pack ! I'm Thalia, a hunter. and you?" I smile then I sit down and wait for her answer.

Tilts head looking over seeing following their gaze then notices Thalia going over to the alpha and the new female wolf that decided to join wags tail slightly thinking "yay a new member!" Hears Curse talk about Kodi and the alpha and looks over towards them and tilts head shruging shoulders.

I barked "Thalia wait up! thats not Satinka!" I smiled "silly wolf haha (jokes)" I got up using my hind legs and limped over to Icer seeing i still hadn't greeted her i dipped my head respectfully "Hi im Curse and who are you?"

I turn to curse "There are so many new wolves here! I haven't met them all yet!...and thank you for calling me silly" I laugh then I turn back to the new wolf I was talking to.

I watch around the place carefully. I am sitting next to the main den with Sk8ter when a wolf I dont knowcomes over. She greets me and I find her name is Thalia. I look over Thalias shoulder to see another wolf coming. I wonder whats going on. I hear him calling to Thalia and limping over to me and Thalia. He dipped his head and told me he was Curse, and who am I. I look up to Sk8ter, she smiles at the reaction to my appearence here. "I am Icer." i softly said. "I have wondered here from far." I circeled around, not quite used to other wolves being kind enough to talk to me, or not growl or bark at me. I lay down upon the ground, looking up at my two new friends. I see Thalia turn over to Curse and speak. This was the first place I had felt truly happy in such a long time.

I scratch my right ear with my front paw, and blink a few times. I start to get tired, but I know I feel hungry too. I jump off the den again, and sit next to Icer. " Do you want to get some food with me? There's not enough members awake for a pack hunt, so maybe just some hares or fish? "
