The Wild Den


This is the Main Den, where the Alpha's can hold meetings to arrange problems amongst them. The den is made from large rocks that pile around it having an entrance for Alphas & Betas to enter freely along with some members that can make their own dens inside, it is very spacious inside and fitting.
The surroundings of the den consist of green lush forest and jade grass that will definitely gain the feeling of relaxation and peace, there are also patches of herbs and flowers scattered amongst the area that will provide healers to be able to attend to the wounded.
The weather in the area is often perfect having the sun warming the earth and few clouds to provide shade including cool breezes.

In the pack's territory is a large field filled with long green grass and clovers that is often grazed by migrating herds of Elk or Bison, this also helps the pack to gain free access to easy meals.
The water source for the pack is close by which is a fairly large pool of water which runs toward the field and near the den, smaller streams can be often found flowing in different directions providing other critters their water source.

sees the alpha female bows down low licking my lips as i see clamped in her jaw is a fresh large trout

i smile back at her "no i will stay loyal and you must eat it forst you need it more than i do" enjoy

" good night you two sweet dreams i hope its ok for me to stay up and keep guard tonight"

stands outside den looking out over the horizon as the sun sets over the mountain tops i yawn as my eyes begin to get heavy

I continued to patrol even after Eclipse left though not finding much, I head back to the den with a yawn glancing around and went in the den finding my usual spot I curled up laying down and eventually falling asleep for now.

Looks up through the gaps within the trees at the night sky begins filling up with stars. Sighs walking around the edge of the territory kicking a small rock with paw. Looks around then says under breath ''All clear..'' and continues walking. Thinks about heading back to the den but decides not to and continues patroling, each moment glancing up at the beautiful shining moon as she walks through the quiet forest.

notices a faint silhouette under the moon light kicking a light round object my hackles raise at the strange shape walking right towards the den...

--Growls baring teeth---

walks around thinking of something to do

" your up a little late aren't you larka why dont you have a rest in the den?"

looks down at my paws as the claws shimmer sharply in the night, a bears hungry roar rings out through the whole forest and wakes up everyone i stand sharp and motion less!

Perking her ears. Sirius would walk out of the den, her eyes glow red as faint light would reflect on them. Her sleek black fur blended in darkness yet the scar on her side and cheek flamed. She would walk past curse and larka as her long lizard like tail dragged behind her. " there is a bear?" she asks turning around to face larka and curse yet she couldn't see then for she was blind. But the pulses from earth was her guidence her insincts guide her till she was pup until now.

I fluttered my eyes open hearing a faint roar echo into the den and seeing a figure exit as I sat up pawing my eyes to rid the sleep and stood up letting my paws lead me silently out of the den to see Larka, Curse and Sirius. I gave a good shake to my brown pelt to loosen a few leaves that stuck to my side once satisfied I pointed my nose in the air smelling and catching the scent of the bear wandering the territory "We mustn't let it near the den, we'll have to keep it at bay if it draws near." I said monotonely with a flick of my tail and ears forward, looking at them calmly then averting my elsewhere.

i yawned moving my Paw i kicked Song and Laughd in my Dream

shuffles on top of the den "a bear you say" his cold orbs flicker down to the entrance and his auds flicker, stands up and leaps off the den "i will help you if it gets to close" stands tense and in attack mode

growls then charges at it, circles it then leaps onto its back as it tries to throw me off, he backs into a tree and silver lays there until he rolls onto his feet and runs swiftly and the bear follows, leading at away from the pack, silver starts to wonder how long he can keep it up

I took a step forward watching the bear chase after Silver as he lead it away I followed behind incase anything were to happen.

I stopped as soon as I heard Sk8ter's howl I twitched my ear letting out a sigh then let Silver handle it and wandered to find Sk8ter eating an elk carcass. I smiled then went to one side of the elk and ate my share.

as the bear slows down i turn and bite it dail hard, its howls out in pain and stands up silver still clinging onto it, he lands onto the ground and shakes, letting go i run under and scratch his under belly, digging my claws into it then runs again seeing him slow more and more till he collapses i grab his neck and pull sharply a few times, breaking its neck and leaves it now covered in mine and the bears blood, trots over to sk8er and the food

I saw at the corner of my eye Silver approaching turning my head toward him I saw he was covered in blood "Finished?" I asked with a grin then continued to eat the elk.
